Chris took my call on Thursday when I got back from overseas. I told him about the reminder notices I had received while I was away & asked for an appt either Friday or the following Tuesday. He quickly found me an appt time for Friday afternoon. The appt went smoothly & I was back on the road in about an hour on Friday. The same great service I have always received at Jerry's, now Michelle Radley's, Chevrolet.

Right after the recent snowstorm, I noticed orange fluid on the snow when I pulled my truck out of the driveway to go to work. I made it to work but noticed a few other things and as I was supposed to be going to see my dad, who is in the hospital, I didn't want to make the trip without knowing what was going on. I simply didn't have time to try to figure out what was wrong myself- between work and my dad's recent diagnosis, having issues with my truck felt a bit overwhelming! I called Chris in service when I got out of work and he said to bring it in. I went right from work and Chris said he would take care of it, put me in a loaner vehicle, and I was out the door and on my way home very quickly. What could have been a huge stressor was alleviated by Chris and the service team! I was able to go see my dad, Chris kept great communication while the truck was being serviced, letting me know when parts were being ordered and when I could pick it up. Truck runs great now, kudos to Chris for making the whole process smooth! It was great to know it was in good hands and I'll continue to come back for service because of treatment like that.
