After years and years of taking all three of my chevy's to this location, I will be taking by business elsewhere. Although they did ultimately correct the problem that most recently occurred, it was a terrible experience overall. I directly contacted Michelle Radley three times and never even received a call back. I am glad the issue was resolved, but I no longer have faith in the quality of services received.

I called for an appointment to have my AC checked, very last minute. The service rep was able to get me in the following morning, first thing!

The technician was at the desk when we checked in and mentioned seeing the same problem in his car. They identified the issue quickly and fixed it within a day.
On top of it we were told other work was needed from a 3rd party repair place, and they thoroughly checked it to verify the work wasn't actually needed. This is far and above the best service we've gotten.

It’s easy to see the improvements under new ownership. Despite some parts ordering disconnects the service reps were very accommodating and motivated to ensure satisfaction. I really appreciate the effort to conduct the requested emissions check on a Saturday. The subsequent visit to complete the work went okay but the rear tire install was not done as well as the front tire install on the previous visit. I had to take off the rear tire and fix the installation of the rear caliper cover which was installed incorrectly after replacing the break pads and rotors. Had I not had to do that, I would have certainly rated the experience as 5-stars.
