I am 62 years old and I can truly say that this car buying experience has definitely been the easiest and trouble free experience I have every been involved with. Between Brandon my sales rep and Misha who finished up because Brandon had to attend a funeral the day I picked up my car. It was amazing. Even the day of the funeral Brandon checked in with me to make sure I was doing alright. Now that was going above and beyond customer service.

The paperwork for the purchase of our vehicle was done incorrectly (VIN didn't match, lien holder was wrong). When we questioned the lien holder information we were told it "didn't matter" and we should just sign. We had to insist that it be corrected as we were not going to sign something that was wrong. We weren't delivered a 'clean' vehicle. The "goop" that was spread on the interior surfaces was inconsistently spread, leaving some areas not covered, and others with excess. Weeks later we are still trying to spread it consistently throughout. The exterior was also dirty, and we had ceramic coating applied, but not sure how well that was done since the vehicle wasn't even clean when it was done. The gentleman who showed us how to use all the features in the vehicle was fantastic and we much appreciated the time he spent with us. The price and deal was good, but that's about it. We did not feel this was a $100k transaction.

I took my truck in for an oil change after scheduling an appointment. At the end of the visit, I was told that my shocks, struts, and rear brakes all needed to be replaced.
I typically do not take my vehicle to the dealership for service because I do not trust the service department or mechanics. Sure enough, the service department strikes again.
I took my truck to get a second and third opinion from local shops in my area. Both shops told me there was nothing wrong with the brakes, struts, or shocks.
I should have learned my lesson when I had a shift solenoid issue in my transmission, and the service department told me I needed a completely new transmission. I should have done my due diligence and gotten a second opinion then, but instead I trusted the service department and replaced the transmission to the tune of $6,000.
I am almost certain — although I cannot prove it — that I was scammed into replacing my transmission. I will never bring my vehicle back to that service department again.

buy a vehicle at this store again and will deter anyone who asks me about Michelle Radley Chevrolet.
