Great workmanship

By far, the best car buying experience that we’ve ever had! Skyler and Misha could not have made the process any more smooth, simple, and enjoyable. Everything was clear and upfront, every step of the way, and we have never felt so confident in our choice of dealership. We will recommend them both to anyone looking for a Chevrolet that we meet!

I wonder how many characters I can enter here because I have SO MUCH to share! It starts with Steve, Steve recommended I work with Jennifer after he learned I was struggling to find a solid salesperson and dealership that I wanted to work with. I communicated with Jennifer and learned that Steve was spot on. Jennifer took the time to listen to what was important to me, learn about my non negotiables and where I was willing to compromise and made a recommendation. We ended up building a 2027 vehicle and I was petrified. Jennifer made it so simple for me, she guided me along the way and ensured I was fully updated as the build progressed. Additionally, I had a pre-approval but ended up working with Misha who was also fantastic. Misha made the financing so simple and user friendly; I ended up choosing your options over my pre-approval. My only regret was that Jennifer and my vacation overlapped so we were not able to coordinate the final meeting together (Lery did a fantastic job in her absence). I'm SO incredibly grateful for Steve, Jennifer, Misha and Lery. That team is top notch and it felt like a family approach to buying my first brand new car rather than a sales tactic at a dealership. I miss Chris but Ashley did a great job.

I took my truck in for an oil and filter change, a transmission fluid flush, and front/rear differential service. When I picked it up, the truck shook and vibrated the entire drive home. I contacted the dealership, and after inspecting it, they told me my transmission had failed and quoted me $6,600 for a replacement. I then took the truck to a transmission specialist for a second opinion. They found the problem was simply an incorrect transmission fluid level/temperature after the service. They performed a proper transmission fluid flush, and my truck now drives perfectly. It's concerning that a dealership misdiagnosed the issue and recommended replacing a transmission that wasn't actually bad. Mistakes like this can cost customers thousands of dollars.

My experience from beginning to end with Michelle Radley Chevrolet was outstanding, but for the discerning shoppers out there, let me explain why this dealership stood out from the rest. Im dating myself now by saying that i've been purchasing vehicle both pre-owned and new since 1993 and of course throughout the last 33 years there are the good, bad and the ugly experiences as it were. However, this experience went beyond good or great and it all started with my initial contact with my sales point of contact LERY MIZA. I originally reached out to him inquiring about a much older pre-owned vehicle as i communicated to him what my specific situation was in selecting such a vehicle. Our family car had "died" with engine failure and we needed another vehicle ASAP. His sense of urgency matching our own, his effortless communication and attentiveness was unsurpassed. I didn't feel like another sales number for the monthly quota, rather Lery made it apparent he was there to do everything he could to get us back on track and on the road again with the best possible vehicle he had on Radley Chevrolet's lot. After his diligence he was able to find a brand new 2026 Chevy Trax for us and engage his finance team led by MISHA ANDREWS to expedite all the necessary details to close the deal for us at the best possible terms that worked for our family. Working closely on our deal, both Misha and Lery were extremely sensitive to our time constraint and predicament of being left without a working vehicle and worked tirelessly to get us the best terms and close the deal for our new Chevy Trax and back on the road. They even came to deliver our new Trax to us and we felt like true VIPs having purchased from them and it wasn't just written on a brochure or lip service but actions proved otherwise. Misha and Lery are true masters of their craft and I highly recommend to anyone reading this review as I will recommend to everyone i know in the market for another vehicle to go straight to Michelle Radley Chevrolet to become their newest VIPs and enjoy a truly remarkable purchasing experience as I did.
